If they made it through this winter, congratulation.
You need to check that they have enough honey stores so they can survive until it warms up enough to give them sugar syrup. It is too early and the temperatures are fluctuating too much to add the syrup now. Your bees don’t need the extra moisture.
Pick up the back of the hive to check for enough honey weight for them to make it a few more weeks. If they are light you can add dry sugar on top of the frames with an emergency dry sugar feeder or dump a couple of cups of dry sugar down the back of the box.
